Loves helping people discover the joys of open water swimming.

Lifelong runner with a passion for trails. Mum, yogi, occasional triathlete and aspiring swimrunner.

- NCAA D1 track and cross-country team for Northern Arizona University.
- 10x marathon finisher, one dressed as a taco to raise funds for GOTR.

- 1st woman in the inaugural Canyon de Chelly Ultra 2013
- Retracing Routledge Expedition 2014: 300mile run through England, 1000mile cycle across the Andes, 40mile run around Rapa Nui.

- MS Environmental Science & Policy, Northern Arizona University.
- Bluereef Aquarium – Team leader.
- Marine Management Organization UK – Policy officer.
- RRCA Level 1 run coach.
- 200hr yoga teaching certification.
- Coaching experience: Iolani School Girls Cross-Country Team, Lanikai Juice Run Clubs, Aloha Cross-Country Camp, Windward Training Freaks and Hawai’i Trail Running.
