Got a craving for deliciously gooey brownies?
With this super-simple recipe you’ll be able to whip up a batch in no time at all, using just a handful of cupboard ingredients.
You might be more used to seeing sweet potatoes as fries that accompany a burger — but trust us, they work just as well in this sweet recipe too. Full of nutrients and natural sweetness, they’re ideal for keeping your brownies on the healthier side and super-gooey and thick.
In a few easy steps, you’ll have a whole tray of indulgent, chocolatey treats (that taste even better than the shop-bought kind).
